Job Title: Assistant Sales and Operations Manager

As Assistant Sales Performance and Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the ongoing success and growth of our organisation. You will lead and nurture a team of six talented, field-based sales professionals managing our national key accounts, offering finance and insurance solutions. Your role combines inspiring leadership with sales strategy, process improvement, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will:
