Job summary

AFC Wimbledon is seeking an Assistant Retail Manager to support the Retail Manager with the day‑to‑day running and commercial performance of the club’s retail business. You will help deliver an excellent customer experience, maximise sales and profitability and support the retail team, with a focus on matchday retail and stock control.

The role requires experience supervising a team, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work weekends and evenings when needed.

Qualifications

Previous retail experience, including supervising or leading a team.
Experience delivering high standards of customer service.
Experience working towards sales or commercial targets.
Experience of stock management and stock control.

Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operation of the club’s retail business
Lead matchday retail operations
Manage stock and visual merchandising
Deliver excellent customer service across online and physical retail
Help manage and develop the retail team
Make sure the retail offer reflects the AFC Wimbledon brand and values
