Alongside is seeking an Assistant Retail Manager in Devizes to lead our charity shop operations with a friendly, customer-focused approach. This 15-hour role supports the Shop Manager in running the shop, managing volunteers, stock, and daily admin to help raise essential funds.
You will help create a welcoming shopping experience, cover rota-based shifts, and contribute to a positive team culture while delivering agreed income targets for the charity.

This role does require some flexibility around the days worked to help cover periods of absence and annual leave. A rota system is in place, and this will be shared with you in advance to help with planning. We can also talk through what this looks like in more detail if you are invited to interview.
