Age UK is recruiting a Shop Manager for our Caversham shop. You will lead a small team of staff and volunteers, drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and help raise funds for Age UK's services.

Please note this opportunity will require the successful candidate to work 35hours across a 7-day working week, including Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis.
