Taste Hospitality Recruitment Limited is recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a 5-star luxury resident hotel in Northumberland, offering an exceptional opportunity in a stunning country estate. You will manage day-to-day restaurant operations and lead a small team to ensure outstanding service for residents.

The role features predominantly daytime hours (typically 8am–6pm) with some 8am–8pm shifts, 44+ hours over 4 days, and a pension.

Competenze

• Minimum two years in restaurant/hospitality management.
• Confident, proactive leader with strong people skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Must have right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.

Mansioni

• Take full responsibility for the restaurant operation.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team.
• Maintain consistently high standards of service and presentation.
• Manage stock orders, stock takes, and cashing up.
• Oversee staff management and line management.
• Engage with residents and build relationships.
• Introduce ideas to enhance guest experience.
• Act as key holder and ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain excellent organisational and administrative standards.
