Brasserie Beau in Bath is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team and uphold exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, Georgian-inspired setting.

You will coach staff, ensure Health & Safety standards, and coordinate across restaurant, bar, and events service. Weekend and late shifts are common; eligibility to live and work in the UK is required. Joining our team offers growth and mentorship opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar or events service.
• Ability to lead and coach a Food & Beverage team to deliver guest service.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach and motivate staff while maintaining high standards.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance in daily operations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with weekend and late shifts.
