Brasserie Beau in Bath is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team and uphold exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, Georgian-inspired setting.

You will coach staff, ensure Health & Safety standards, and coordinate across restaurant, bar, and events service. Weekend and late shifts are common; eligibility to live and work in the UK is required. Joining our team offers growth and mentorship opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service and experiences. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Flexibility and commitment are key, as working hours will frequently include weekends and late finishes.
