Castlebridge Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Brasserie Beau, a British dining concept. You will lead the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service, coach staff, and uphold health, safety and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service and experiences. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Flexibility and commitment are key, as working hours will frequently include weekends and late finishes.
