The Royal Automobile Club is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the Fountain Brasserie team at Woodcote Park clubhouse. You will support the Restaurant Manager, motivate the team and ensure seamless daily operations while upholding service standards for members and guests.

This role emphasizes leadership, guest care, and hands-on oversight of service during opening hours. You will coordinate staff rotas, monitor attendance, and help maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere across

Formación

• Experience leading frontline hospitality teams in a club or hotel.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of licensing laws and food safety basics.
• Ability to manage in absence of Manager and supervise staff.
• Proactive communicator with guests and colleagues.
• Experience with bar service is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests, with the key aim of retaining our members and attracting new ones
• Create staff rotas and monitor weekly records of attendance and hours worked to ensure appropriate levels of staff on duty
• To ensure the effective running of department in absence of Manager.
• Keep up to date with all food and beverage menus, current promotions and new products.
• Leadership experience
