Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house management in a quality-led restaurant or hotel environment.
• Proven ability to lead service on the floor and motivate teams.
• Strong guest service focus with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant and service periods.
• Lead service alongside senior management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Be a visible, hands-on presence on the floor and engage with guests.
• Build strong relationships with guests and returning clientele.
• Support and motivate the front-of-house team by example.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and attention to detail.
