The Ivy Collection is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead floor operations in our high-volume venues. You will ensure smooth service during busy periods and uphold our standards, delivering friendly, professional hospitality.

• Adhere to and uphold all food safety and quality regulations.

• Show confidence in managing floor operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
