We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to work in our Rick Stein Bistro in the heart of Padstow, Cornwall.

What you’ll be getting up to

• Supporting with running our restaurant and making our guests smile
• Delivering the highest standard of service and demonstrating the ability to wow our guests

You’ll need to have worked as a supervisor, assistant manager, or senior waiter before.

Our Story

Rick and Jill Stein started our family-run business in 1975, and today we employ over 600 staff across restaurants, hotel rooms, cookery school, and retail. • Parking – there is plenty of free parking available in Padstow.
• Travel to work – Padstow is on the bus route from Bodmin, Wadebridge, and Newquay with regular buses throughout the day.

St Petroc’s Bistro was the second of Rick Stein and Jill Stein’s restaurants, opened in 1988. Our Bistro has grown over the years, specializing in bistro food from Britain, France, Spain, and Italy. In 2016, Ruby’s Bar was opened next door to St Petroc’s Bistro. Our front-of-house team enjoys looking after guests at both locations.
