We're looking for a charismatic Restaurant Manager to work in our popular, stunning restaurant in Padstow, which has the benefit of 'hidden areas' such as a private dining room and secret garden space. As Restaurant Manager, you will share our passion for the industry and have previous experience in a similar role. You'll drive your department forward through developing your people, implementing activity, and controlling resources. You'll be an effective leader who is approachable and honest, and you'll improve the business using your commercial knowledge.

Rick and Jill Stein started our family-run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff across restaurants, hotel rooms, cookery school, and retail. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business, as are their three sons Ed, Jack, and Charlie, and they want this to be the best place you've ever worked.
St Petroc's Bistro was the second of Rick Stein and Jill Stein's restaurants opened in 1988. Our Bistro has grown over the years, specialising in bistro food from Britain, France, Spain, and Italy. In 2016, Ruby's Bar was opened next door to St Petroc's Bistro, and our front of house team enjoy looking after guests at both St Petroc's Bistro and Ruby's Bar.
Salary: £35,000 per annum plus up to £6,400 per year in tips (paid weekly, based on last year's earnings), giving total potential earnings of £39,900 per year.
