Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Harbour Hotels Group in Fowey. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations in the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include managing staff, hiring and training new employees, maintaining high food and beverage standards, and ensuring smooth communication within the team. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for upholding the luxurious and high-quality standards of the Harbour Hotels dining experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Hiring and Training staff
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management
• Previous management experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are preferred
