Permanently Unique Group is seeking an energetic restaurant leader to guide a high-volume operation in London. You’ll drive the owners' vision, create a positive energy, and elevate the guest experience while steering your team through busy service.

This role offers a bespoke development journey, chef academies, and comprehensive staff benefits including wellbeing programmes, Wagestream access, staff meals, and regular team events.
