Job summary

Permanently Unique Group in Salford is seeking a dynamic hospitality leader to inspire a team and deliver a unique, immersive experience for guests. You will drive service excellence through deep cocktail knowledge, adapting to guests' needs and trends in beverages.

The role focuses on leading high-volume operations, coaching junior staff, and delivering engaging training to elevate the guest journey across our venues in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cocktails and beverages and tailor service to guests' needs.
• Stay abreast of trends in cocktails and beverage offerings.
• Manage high-volume operations during peak service periods.
• Provide engaging and ongoing training to junior staff.
