Permanently Unique's Fenix Manchester is seeking a full‑time hospitality professional to lead service in a luxury dining environment. You will manage large sections of guests during busy periods, inspire the team, and deliver a unique guest experience in line with our brand standards.

Experience in food and beverage, a passion for learning, and the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs are essential. Salary £40,000 yearly plus extensive staff benefits and progression opportunities within
