Job summary

Permanently Unique Group in Greater London is seeking culinary professionals to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will support busy services, apply your skills across all sections of professional kitchens, and maintain composure under pressure while delivering high-quality dishes.

You will refine knife skills, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and contribute to a culture of learning and progression through bespoke development and engaging staff benefits.

• Support your team during busy services to create positive energy and a productive environment.
• Show versatility with your skills and experience working in all sections of professional kitchens.
• Ability to remain calm during pressurised services.
• Demonstrate experienced knife skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• Show determination to deliver the best product and demonstrate commitment and passion on every shift to inspire those around you.
• Demonstrate a desire to push culinary boundaries and learn new skills and techniques to deliver new and unique dishes.
