We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High.

Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High is an intimate 12-seat Chef's table experience located on Level 60 at 22 Bishopsgate.

Open for dinner only, Tuesday to Saturday, serving 12 guests.

This venue elevates the renowned Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, offering the finest culinary experience in the city. Guests can enjoy the creativity and expertise of our chefs and front-of-house team in an unforgettable atmosphere with panoramic views of London's skyline.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring guests have a positive, memorable dining experience by exceeding their expectations
• Leading by example to motivate and inspire the team—remaining calm, composed, and in control at all times
• Collaborating with the General Manager on staff recruitment, training, and revenue opportunities
• Communicating business information clearly and efficiently to the team

Ideal candidate profile:

• Experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred environments
• Passion for delivering high-quality, engaging service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build rapport with guests and colleagues
• A desire for continuous learning and professional development
