We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager be part of our growing family unit.

Highly important that the candidates have 3 years experiences minimum in a large scale restaurant set up.

Someone who has a stable employment history with knowledge of wines and British cuisine

Run service and support senior management team

Occasionally run section.

42'000 per annum ( House £31'700 / Tronc £10'300)

based on 48hrs a week and paid hourly

• Restaurants shift pattern as follows;

1500

0000 / 0030 weekdays (Tuesday / Wednesday night could be 2300 or earlier finishes)

Fridays and Saturdays are either 1500 / 1600 / 1700 / 1800 0330 / 0400

Between 3 to 4 closing shifts

Mainly evening shifts with occasional lunch shifts

Closed on Mondays and Sunday dinner except some special dates

40 / 80 for lunch, 250+ for dinner

20+ Waiter / Waitress in FOH

50.00 bonus when introducing a new employee
