Job summary

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for a vibrant Eastern Mediterranean-inspired restaurant group in Central London. You will lead from the floor, run a section each shift, and cover front-of-house operations including waiter, bartender and food runner.

You will drive performance, motivate the team, ensure guests receive high-energy hospitality, and coach colleagues to deliver flawless service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house in a busy restaurant.
• Strong waiter background preferred with leadership ability.
• Able to coach and train team across shifts.
• Sales-focused with upselling and revenue mindset.
• Calm, decisive, and adaptable under pressure.
• Willing to work across multiple Central London sites.
