Chilled is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who can set the tone on the floor, support managers, and develop the team so guest experiences stay outstanding even during busy services.

You will coach, motivate, and lead by example, ensuring consistency, energy, and trust on every shift, while protecting standards and delivering great guest experiences.
