Job summary

Chilled is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to act as a culture carrier and standard setter on busy shifts. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure guests receive consistent, high-energy service in a fast-paced environment.

You will support managers, develop your team through coaching and feedback, and help maintain exceptional standards across the floor, bar, and restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team through briefings, 1:1s, and real-time feedback.
• Maintain and model high standards of service and food quality during busy shifts.
