Job summary

The Bulls Head East Leake is looking for a passionate Assistant Bar Manager to join our growing Chilled Pubs family. Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver top‑quality service and memorable guest experiences.

You’ll manage stock, collaborate with the Bar Manager on briefings and development, create the right atmosphere with lighting and music, and help drive performance across the main and cocktail bars. We offer generous perks: up to 70% discount, shared tips, paid day off on your birthday,

• Previous hospitality management experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and inspire the bar team.
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager on team briefings, 1:1s, and development.
• Take ownership of stock management, ordering, cost control, and cellar standards.
• Create the right atmosphere with lighting, music, and stellar service.
• Work across main bar and cocktail bar to deliver smooth, top-quality service.
• Recommend products confidently and engage with guests.
