Job summary

Rosa's Thai in Cardiff is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead from the front, delivering great food and genuine service every day.

You'll motivate your team during service, oversee day-to-day operations, and uphold high standards of food and service while coaching staff for growth and development. This hands-on role rewards energy, care, and a real love for Thai cuisine.

The role

We’re looking for a kind-hearted, hard-working food lover to join us as an Assistant Manager.

You’ll support the General Manager and lead from the front—helping your team deliver great food and genuine service, every day.
