Are you passionate about helping others and ready to lead a dynamic clinical team? Swansea Wood School, a residential treatment setting for adolescents, is seeking an Assistant Residential Supervisor to support our mission of providing comprehensive, trauma-informed care.

Schedule: Includes evenings and some weekend shifts. Overtime may be required due to the nature of our work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedures, including rotating on-call coverage.
  • Support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
  • Assist in maintaining the safety and well-being of students.
  • Support staff and programming by adhering to Swansea Wood School's policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Experience in residential programs or mental health facilities.
  • Supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
  • Valid driver’s license for transporting students.
  • Availability for evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
  • Training in physical interventions and verbal de-escalation techniques will be provided.
