Permanently Unique is hiring for a full-time position at Tattu Canary Wharf, London, offering up to £45,000 OTE. The role requires inspiring leadership to deliver an owner’s vision and a uniquely immersive dining experience for guests, in a high-volume, 45-hour week environment.

You’ll demonstrate strong service standards, adapt to guest needs, and mentor junior staff while ensuring impeccable attention to detail across busy service periods. Location is Canary Wharf, London.
