Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking an ambitious Assistant Quarry Manager to join the busy Chipping Sodbury operation. Lead site operations, develop people and drive safety, quality and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within quarrying, aggregates, mining, heavy industry, manufacturing or a similar operational environment.
• Supervisory or management experience with a passion for developing teams.
• A strong commitment to health, safety and environmental excellence.
• Good commercial awareness and an understanding of operational performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to analyse information and make effective operational decisions.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and change.

What You’ll Be Doing
