Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 12 years of experience in a similar role (civils or utilities preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in industry software and strong Excel skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
• Support monthly valuations and payment processing on live projects.
• Procure and manage subcontractor packages.
• Assist in final accounts, claims, and variations.
