Qualifications

• Knowledge of measurement and valuation is essential.
• Good understanding of budgets and forecast management.
• Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial control and commercial performance management.
• Manage cash flow including invoicing, payments, and subcontract accounts.
• Support Senior Quantity Surveyor in daily operations.
