Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in London/Didcot is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support cost control and commercial delivery on a 400kV substation project. Reporting to the commercial manager, you will manage costs, forecasts, and subcontractor payments within NEC 4 Option C.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project costs to keep within budget.
• Administer NEC 4 Option C contract terms and manage compensation events.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks; support value engineering.
• Provide CVRs, forecasts and financial performance reports to stakeholders.
• Liaise with client, subcontractors, and internal teams; support procurement.
