You will help manage financial and cost control activities from contract award through to final accounts, working with QS and Senior QS on cost control, measurements and variations.

Qualifications

• You’ll be organised, numerate and commercially aware with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Understanding of measurement, valuation, cost control, construction or contract administration would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project cost control, remeasurement of works and variations.
• Manage stock inventories, valuations and interim and final accounts.
• Assist with administration of subcontractor accounts and manage cash flow.
• Maintain accurate contract records and promote good supply chain relationships.
