Job summary

Lovell is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to own the financial performance and cost control of multiple refurbishments, ensuring profitable delivery and high standards. You will lead commercial activities from award through final account, managing cash flow, subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations, procurement and contractual compliance.

Working with project teams, clients, consultants and suppliers, you will maximise value, mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in refurbishment projects.
• Strong commercial and financial control.
• Ability to manage multiple developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial activities from award to final account settlement.
• Manage cash flow, subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations, procurement and contractual compliance.
• Provide expert commercial advice, identify opportunities to maximise value, and proactively manage risks.
• Mentor colleagues and support performance management.
