Job summary

Croudace Homes is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of residential developments from procurement through to final account. You will work closely with the Senior Surveyor and project team to monitor costs and assist with cashflow objectives.

The role offers exposure to subcontractor procurement, cost management, valuations and forecasting, with a focus on value-for-money and 5-star quality housing.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1–2 years relevant work experience preferred, but recent graduates could perform the role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, manage costs and support the smooth financial running of each development.
• Prepare commercial reports, identify risks and opportunities, and assist with project profit and cashflow objectives.
• Support procurement, payments and day-to-day running of projects to ensure value for money and quality.
