Aldwych Consulting is recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in London to support the commercial management of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects. You will assist with valuations, cost reporting, and change control while working closely with Project Managers and the wider commercial team.

The role requires previous AQS experience in civil engineering or construction, a solid grasp of project costs, and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as an AQS or Assistant QS in civil engineering or construction.
• Good understanding of project costs and commercial processes.
• Experience with subcontractors and suppliers in construction projects.

Aufgaben

• Support the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Assist with valuations, applications for payment and cost reporting.
• Subcontract procurement and management.
• Support change management and variations.
• Assist with CVRs, forecasting and cost control.
• Work closely with Project Managers and the wider commercial team.
