Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the UK seeks a Quantity Surveyor to deliver excellence across complex infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with client teams, manage costs and reporting, and support procurement and contract administration to keep projects on track.

The role requires civil infrastructure experience and familiarity with UK contracts such as NEC, ICC, FIDIC, or JCT. Flexible working and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Working towards membership of RICS or equivalent.
• Degree qualification in a relevant subject.
• Experience in civil infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with UK contract forms such as NEC, ICC, FIDIC or JCT.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams, leadership, project managers and contractors.
• Monitor costs to keep the project within budget and validate costs/payments.
• Provide regular financial reports to ensure client confidence in outcomes.
• Support procurement and administer contract types with proper change control.
