Job summary

Bimplus in Cardiff is seeking an energetic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a supportive team and contribute to a wide range of projects across healthcare, heritage and listed buildings.

You will assist the Senior QS with estimations, cost forecasts and final accounts, while developing towards MRICS in a busy PQS consultancy environment. A clear route to seniority and in-house training are on offer.

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS Associated)
• Basic pre and post contract knowledge
• MRICS qualification in progress or willingness to start
• Experience in a PQS/Consultancy environment
• Client facing experience

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior QS with estimations, prepare cost forecasts and contribute to final accounts
• Support delivery of a diverse project portfolio across healthcare, heritage and listed buildings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure commercial success
