The successful candidate will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, have at least 2 years' experience at Assistant or Graduate level, and be eager to progress toward APC while developing client-facing and communication skills across residential, commercial and public sector schemes.

Established for over 50 years, they have built an excellent reputation across the industry and offer a wide range of in-house services including Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Building Surveying, Architecture, Structural & Civil Engineering and Building Services.
Their Quantity Surveying team works across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, retail, leisure, education, healthcare, industrial and public sector projects. Project values range from smaller refurbishments through to major developments and infrastructure schemes, with the wider QS team working on projects up to £120 million.
They are actively looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals and get involved in a range of projects from inception to completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work across multiple sectors and project types, including new build, refurbishment and larger development schemes.
Working within a multidisciplinary consultancy also provides the opportunity to collaborate closely with Project Managers, Building Surveyors, Architects and Engineers, giving you excellent exposure to the wider construction process.
