Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Bristol office on a full-time basis. The role sits with an established main contractor delivering projects across education, healthcare, residential and commercial sectors valued up to £15m.

You will work with a Senior Quantity Surveyor on pre-construction through final account, handling subcontract procurement, on-site subcontractor accounts, variations and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Have a HNC / construction related degree.
• Have administered JCT forms of contract.
• Must have the full right to work in the UK.
• Must live within commutable distance to Bristol.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor in their Bristol office. The business is privately owned and operates out of several offices across the South of England undertaking projects across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, residential and commercial sectors valuing up to £15mil.

Continued success in the region has led to a new requirement for additional commercial staff and therefore they are now looking to bring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor into the team.

About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor on various projects across Bristol. You will be involved in the projects from pre-construction through to final account.
