The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will play a vital role in assisting the company directors with the management of project costs, ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor located in Swindon. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks related to Monthly Valuations, Estimating, Tendering/Procurement, Cost control, and Financial reporting.

Experience

• Previously worked with or for one of the UK's Major House Builders.
• Has worked with take off software such as Bluebeam or similar.
• Dealing with Application for Payments and Final Accounts
