The Commercial team handles all aspects of cost-effective building, including quantity surveying, estimating, procurement, and material purchasing.
With oversight on material selection, cost, customer satisfaction, and sales, our Commercial team—comprising Estimators, Quantity Surveyors, and Material Buyers—aims to deliver high-quality homes at optimal costs. Their work is vital to our ongoing success and offers a dynamic challenge that will utilize your creativity and commercial skills.
Reporting to a Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, or Managing Surveyor, you will support commercial and surveying tasks on a site. Your duties include preparing reports and schedules, handling administrative tasks like filing, emails, and calls, and maintaining a tidy Commercial presentation. You should be eager to learn, assist with subcontractor procedures, and ensure compliance with Group Policies and Procedures.
