Are you an Assistant / Junior Quantity Surveyor or similar looking to progress into a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant role where you will work on exciting, fast-paced Retail projects within a well-established consultancy? They provide clear and bespoke development plans offering progression right through to directorship.

This well-established consultancy operates in various sectors, primarily retail, with a presence across the UK and several offices nationwide. They have grown significantly in recent years, now boasting a turnover of over £12m, and are expanding their team at the Milton Keynes office to meet increasing workload demands.

In this role, you will work on projects from inception to completion, reviewing and updating contractor proposals, raising purchase orders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will liaise with clients, other departments, and key stakeholders, primarily working in the office with some hybrid work and site visits.

This varied role suits an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or similar from a Retail / Fit-out / M&E background seeking a dynamic position working on diverse projects within a leading company that offers flexible working and a bonus scheme to enhance earnings.

The Role:

• Work on projects of varying scope and scale within the Retail sector
