Your new role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the senior quantity surveyor in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.
2. Conducting site visits to monitor progress and assess project requirements.
3. Preparing and submitting valuations and final accounts.
4. Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.
