Job Description

Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor in the construction or similar sector? Join United Living Infrastructure Services as we expand our water division. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the financial and contractual management of projects, working closely with senior team members to help deliver successful outcomes and grow your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tender preparation and checking quantities.
• Support the project team to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
• Help manage procurement, subcontractor interviews, and contract administration.
• Assist in preparing and agreeing monthly valuations, reports, and variations with clients.
• Support subcontractor payments and final accounts, ensuring compliance with contracts.
• Gain experience in managing project finances, forecasts, and cash flow.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related role.
• BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar commercial course.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving license and CSCS card.
