Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: HYBRID - 2 days from the office in Dorset and 3 days working from home

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications + benefits

I am seeking an intermediate or project-level client-side Quantity Surveyor to join my client's team.

The projects you'll work on are primarily in this area, with a concentration in and around London. The role involves all stages of construction projects, from initial inception to final account and lifecycle management.

Candidate Attributes:

• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Personable nature
• A desire to learn and ability to learn quickly
• Understanding of construction methodologies and techniques
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Preferably degree (or equivalent) educated (not necessarily in quantity surveying), but not essential
• Full clean driving license and own vehicle
