Skilled Careers is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a major residential project in Central London. You will support the Senior Quantity Surveyor and contribute to the commercial management of a Tier One contractor on a high-value development.

This role offers a clear path to progression within a large, collaborative commercial team, with exposure to procurement, cost reporting, and variations management on a landmark project.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a Main Contractor.
• Residential construction experience is advantageous.
• A Quantity Surveying qualification or working towards one is preferred.
• Experience with subcontractor management and procurement is beneficial.
• Understanding of cost control and commercial management is desirable.

ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Central London

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Car Allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier One Main Contractor, working on a major residential development in Central London.

This is a large-scale, high-value residential project involving complex construction and refurbishment works, providing an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to gain valuable experience working alongside an established Commercial team.

THE ROLE

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, supporting the commercial management of the project and gaining exposure to all aspects of the commercial function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their experience within a Tier One Main Contractor and progress their career within a supportive commercial environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS
