We are currently working with a specialist super-prime residential refurbishment contractor delivering design-led, high-quality projects across central London and the Home Counties. Their schemes range up to £10,000,000, involving complex refurbishments, detailed finishes, and close coordination with architects and specialist trades.

Due to a strong pipeline for 2026 and continued growth, they're now looking to strengthen their commercial team with a Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career QS with 3 years' experience who wants hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle in a super-prime residential market.
