A leading residential contractor in Greater London is seeking a Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor to provide hands-on exposure in super-prime refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 3 years of experience in the high-end residential market, and a proactive mindset. This role offers direct mentorship from senior team members and rapid development within a quality-driven environment. We are currently working with a specialist super‑prime residential refurbishment contractor delivering design‑led, high‑quality projects across central London and the Home Counties. Their schemes range up to £10,000,000, involving complex refurbishments, detailed finishes, and close coordination with architects and specialist trades.

Due to a strong pipeline for 2026 and continued growth, they’re now looking to strengthen their commercial team with a Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early‑career QS with 3 years’ experience who wants hands‑on exposure across the full project lifecycle in a super‑prime residential market.
