Where will you be working?

This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?

You'll be responsible for the measurement and reconciliation of subcontractor accounts, material and plant costs.

You'll collate, code and supply of plant, material and labour site returns to Quantity Surveyors on various projects.

We'll need you to assist with subcontract order and payments process and support with the creation and maintenance of Project Procurement Schedules, under direction, to aid Commercial and Operational Team in Delivery.

You'll be responsible for tasks such as;

  • Making sure data is accurate and timely.
  • Provide assistance with initiating the Pre-Qualification process through communication with third party suppliers and internal Supply Chain team.
  • Assist with the management, preparation and distribution of Subcontract tender enquires.
  • Liaise with other members of the wider internal Project Teams and customers (General Public and Thames Water Utilities Ltd).
  • Undertake costing activities, under direction, to support the Quantity Surveyors in Change Control submission to the client.
  • Provide assistance to the Commercial Team with day-to-day commercial administration.
