Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage subcontractors efficiently, including contract administration and procurement.
2. Regularly assess work and recommend payments in accordance with subcontract conditions.
3. Prepare external valuations and ensure timely submissions to maximize profitability.
4. Provide accurate cost-value reconciliations and forecasting.
5. Identify and manage risks while seeking opportunities for improvement.
6. Handle contractual matters promptly to protect the company's interests.
7. Foster collaborative relationships with clients, supply chain, and internal teams.
8. Ensure safe working practices in line with current legislation and company policies.
